Welcome to Teacher’s Brain! Martin Inspire Enterprises LLC d/b/a Teacher’s Brain, has adopted the Terms of Service which govern your relationship with Teacher’s Brain and provide important information about your legal rights (“Terms”).

These Terms explain the rules you need to follow while on our site.

As a user of any of our services, you are required to follow some community guidelines.  We may modify or add to these rules at our discretion.   If you violate any of these rules, we may take action against your Account, such as removing Content you’ve posted, removing Resources from your Account, suspending or terminating your Account, issuing a refund to your Buyer, or any additional action that we deem necessary.

B. Comments: You may provide comments, however should you leave any that we feel are inappropriate, we reserve the right to revoke or remove the comments.

By purchasing/downloading a file you agree to the following terms of use. This resource is for 1 classroom use ONLY. Please purchase additional licenses to use in multiple classrooms. Copying, reproducing, or sharing any part of my resources in any form is forbidden and a violation of the Copyright Act. Thank you for respecting my work and allowing me to create more products for you to enjoy with your class.

If you make any purchases on this Website, you may be asked to provide a username and password during checkout. I contract with outside vendors in order to provide commerce services. I do not collect or store any other information during the checkout process, but you acknowledge that the outside vendor may have access to your Personal Information. This is done though a 3rd party.

C. My Commitment to Children’s Privacy – We take it very seriously.  We don’t collect personal information from children under age of 13.  If you are under 13, you should not use or attempt to use our services or send any information about yourself.

D. Shopping at my TpT Store, you will have to follow their Terms of Agreement and refer to their Privacy Policy.

Comments

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Teacher’s Brain may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Teacher’s Brain’s sole discretion.  Teacher’s Brain encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
